Who We Are

WE HELP YOU SPOT THE HIDDEN GEMS IN YOUR TALENT PIPELINE.

Great talent is everywhere, but in an instant culture, we tend to only judge by a cover (letter).
GapJumpers changes that. Our tools interrupt hiring bias to impact diversity, talent and business goals.

Our first product blocks implicit hiring bias through blind auditions. We've scaled the proven blind auditions method from the orchestra stage to the business world.
When employers value job applicants for their work performance rather than static background info on résumés, incredible things happen. Committed and highly qualified talent is found in unexpected places. Diversity is no longer a myth, but becomes a reality at the workplace.

Are you an employer?
We work closely with directors, managers and recruiters at innovative companies to find problem solvers who don't always surface through traditional channels.

Unlike with job boards, contract search firms or résumés, on our platform you host challenges tailored to your team's needs to attract the right talent. Job applicants take challenges to help interrupt inherent biases in talent selection.

Our blind audition process streamlines talent selection saving hiring managers and recruiting teams valuable time and resources by delivering a shortlist of top talent that has already demonstrated the skills they have and are committed to the opportunity. Sure beats starting with a shortlist that is only a keyword match.

Meet the team

Of course, we used blind auditions to create one of the most diverse start-up founding teams out there.

Ethical Policy of Use.

Employers

We ask you to sign up with Linkedin, to ensure your true identity. It’s only fair towards the applicants working on your question.

Please do not share any confidential information, because it might get you in trouble and lawyers are expensive (especially since you will pay them).

You are also responsible for reviewing the answers fairly and recommending people who have earned it. Give credit where credit is due.

Applicants

We value your identity and reputation, but don’t mistake that for an invitation to plagiarise answers from the interwebs and call them your own. It won't take us long to make your folly public.

Respect the reviews from managers and use them to improve yourself. They judge an answer solely on its merit and originality.

These are our house rules in a panel. If you are not satisfied, you can read the fully loaded version too.
